Chef's ProfileFrank Barbusci
Having studied at the Hotel Institute of Québec, graduated of HIQ and 15 years of experience has earned Frank Barbusci the title of executive chef of the Mount Stephen Club. His talents have been exposed through several of Montreal's most prestigious establishments including the Saputo Group. Perfection to his métier obtained through his experience in Italy and the training of several chefs in Cuba's chain hotels. throughout his career, Chef Barbusci has graciously collaborated in numerous gastronomic events including the Canadian Cancer Society's benefits. Having joined the team at the Mount Stephen Club, in June 2006, Frank Barbusci will awaken the palates of it's members. |
